Ordering an ebook is easy!  

Occasionally a problem may occur which can usually be resolved by taking the following steps:
 If you order an ebook using a school, school board, university or government email address, an installed firewall or filter may stop the download.  If you are not sure if this is the case, include an alternate email address with your order. We will send your order to both addresses.

Some Internet Service Providers (ISP's) use filters which may block our email containing the link/s  to the units you have ordered before they reach your email inbox.  To allow your ISP to recognize our name and allow you to access your ebooks , do the following:
Add     frances_stanford@yahoo.ca     to the  address book/contact list in your e-mail program.

If your  ebook doesn't arrive in your inbox within a few hours after ordering.
Please check your  bulk or junk mail folder for the following:
Sender: Frances Stanford
Subject: will be the title which you have ordered.
