from F & D Teaching Aids is a simple process. If you are ordering from
your school computer, there may be a firewall installed that will not
allow you to download the ebook. Therefore it is important that you
include an alternate address with your order.
Sometimes, ebook orders are delivered to your junk mail inbox instead of your regular email inbox. If you don't receive your ebook within a few hours after your order is processed by CCNOW, check your junk mail. It just might be there.
